This place deserves negative stars for their uhaul rental part of the business. Placed a reservation for a truck and car dolly. Showed up and there was no car dolly there. When I asked about it the guy said he'd go check, 10 minutes later he hasn't returned so I go find him and he's just standing around talking to his buddy's. I asked him again what was going on, he then finally called who he claims was a uhaul office. He was on the phone for a long time, finally got off the phone and told me he had other stuff he needed to get done i would have to figure it out myself. I asked if I could at least have the truck, and he said no he had to go he didn't have time to deal with me and then he just got in his truck and left. I don't know why uhaul lets inbred white trash that has no work ethic represent the uhaul name.
Very poor customer service.
Outstanding service well beyond the normal for a garage. Serviced our car, and we rented a Uhaul and car dolly, without a problem, Infact they stayed late too make sure our car was done and loaded up ready to safely roll down the road. Better then five stars service
Live in Gainesville, but I still prefer this business over most others. Try and go every time I need a repair.
